I am unable to update the new credit card expiry date and ccv number. Been two days error processing and called credit card company, all is good from there end. Please advise?

if you get an HTTP error or some sort, copy your message text , then delete all, and then right click and use "paste as text" and send again

Sent a message to an agent. Every time I submit a ticket I get an error. So cannot process CC or ticket.

we used to suggest people to wait an hour, and i have been seeing people suggesting wait a day, but if you have tried couple days already, there is no point to wait further, please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:

And is your service already suspended and you need to resume service? if you are , quickest way is to get a voucher from Shoppers Drug mart and then load the voucher using *611

@Pat_power You can buy payment vouchers if in a hurry , and load it *611 otherwise you can ask support to update new card details for you

Already been 24 hours, no go. Same error every time. Incognito or not, not working.
Any other suggestions other than switching providers?

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
If everything fails ask agent to update CC for you.
WHY so many people have issues with updating CC details???

@Pat_power There’s been a lot of issues with folks trying to update their credit card info . Might have to wait 24 hours to try again incognito /private mode . Or from another device , you can also try app instead . But if you need make payment in a hurry you can also buy payment vouchers and load them *611 . But you can also get support to help you update the credit card info also

Try clearing the cache, cookies and go incognito on your browser before login to your account or use the PM app.
