Hi I recently joined public mobile and I ported my number from Virgin The Number Is 250xxxxxx. The port never went through its stuck half way I need you to finish porting the number Thank you

This is a public forum so edit your number out by clicking on the V in circle top right.
Leave the Virgin SIM in your phone, use the PM app to start the activation.
Reply with YES to text from Virgin confirming you are porting over to PM with the 90 minute window.
Virgin SIM will continue to work for about 2 hours then power off your phone and swap to PM SIM and power back on.
