I received a text from public mobile to update my credit card as it will be expired end of Jan 2024. I can log in wiht my new password with EverSafe code , but cannot upload the payment option to update my information. Even other options - subscription, overview etc cannot be uploaded.
Anyone has the same problem ?

I had the same issue, couldn't update my card details. It wasn't working in Firefox (on iPhone), but worked when I tried from Chrome.

and @karenleong612 if you need to resume service quick, buy vouchers from Shoppers drugs and load it using *611

the payment might be down as many have saw problem. Please confirm with CS agent. please submit a ticket with CS Agent here:
