@jennyatdb Are you a new customer that just ported in from another carrier, or a long-time PM customer? Do you have a problem you need to solve or do you just want to do something in your account?

The website is very slow…the spinning arrow and 4 dots wave.
My friend was on the website for 3 minutes for his account to download.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
If opening a ticket does not work very first time, contact agent directly: send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking (Ctrl+) Here
