Can't submit a ticket; can't send message; have tried everything; different browsers, etc., etc.

I am not a new customer.

For me - everything works as expected. Even My Account is faster than usual.

First of all, try to tell us what error you are facing, maybe we can assist. If that is not possible, luckily, you can send a message to an agent using the following link.

@jennyatdb   Are you a new customer that just ported in from another carrier, or a long-time PM customer?  Do you have a problem you need to solve or do you just want to do something in your account?

The website is very slow…the spinning arrow and 4 dots wave.

My friend was on the website for 3 minutes for his account to download.

Tried both MULTIPLE times.  As I wrote, Nothing Works.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
