Sorry to hear you are having issues. Were you in the process of signing up for the first time when the app wouldn’t allow you to login? If you were there is a resource specifically to assist with new signups

If you’re an existing account you can contact customer service and they can find some sort of solution for you. PM usually offers no refunds but if they can’t solve your issue they might make an exception.
