I just transferred from Eastlink and I can send texts and make calls but I am not receiving texts and calls go to voicemail.
Have already removed sim and put back in and re-started phone.

open ticket with PM support and ask them to fix it.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS_Agent at:

Once ticket is submitted,(envelope icon on the top right) CS_Agent will reply you there.

@mabr122112 - hopefully you still had the Eastlink sim card to insert back into your phone. If you did not, then you will need to discuss with Eastlink if they will provide a verbal ok to port over to public mobile, or if you need a new Eastlink sim card.
Your Eastlink account needs to be Active also in order to port to Public Mobile successfully...it is still Active?

Porting has not completed or it was unsuccessful.
Did you follow exact porting steps or better to ask what did you do in order to port?

A critical part to porting is to receive a text from your old provider and reply YES within 90 mins. you might have missed the step and hence porting was not completed
There is a number to all to talk to live support and the can re-trigger the process for you. I will message the number to you via the Community inbox. Check the envelope icon on top right. Call them and get it fixed

@mabr122112 hi did you leave your old sim in your phone to receive transfer text? you have 90 minutes to reply yes, if not your port wasn't completed I will send you number to call to reinitiate port request
