Hi there,
We recently (Sunday) transferred our services over from Lucky Mobile to Telus (on an iPhone 15 plus). Everything seems to be working fine from a voice/calling standpoint, however we are unable to send or receive text messages on NON iPhones (messaging an iPhone is working fine). We have even called Apple and done our checks through them; they said the phone is fine with no issues after upgrading the iOS and double checking all the other settings.
Can someone please advise what our next steps should be in order to correct for this? Thanks for your help.

I tried the trouble shooting steps, still not working. It’s almost two weeks and no one seems to be doing anything about it. I also sent an email to customer service, no response. Is there phone number where I can speak with someone? This chat group is not working.

I am having literally the same issue. Also, my mom has a Samsung ultra 24 plus and she isn’t able to send or receive texts at all!

Public Mobile is dealing with issues when it comes to SMS iMessages and such. No ETA of when it will be resolved. Here is their announcement.

We are aware that some of you are currently unable to successfully use iMessage and or FaceTime features, and we understand how frustrating this can be. Our teams are working diligently to find the cause.
In the meantime, please try troubleshoot steps:
Tap Settings > General > Transfer or Reset [Device] > Reset > Reset Network Settings.
