My mom registered as a new user and wanted to get a sim card or a virtual card and set up a subscription but when she tries to log in, Public mobile sends her email with the code and she does not receive this email. So, she is not able to sign up for Public Mobile for this reason. How to deal with it?

She has been dealing with it for a month, so she set up a new gmail and did - nothing hapened

Did she provided correct email? Smallest typo will redirect mail to somebody else.
So far I always received emails when code from PM was send.
And no, there is NO issues with hotmail.com. I assume outlook.com is the same thing despite issues with MS.

does she have a Outlook email? with today's Crowdstrike problem affecting MS servers, it could be the reason
and check spam folder
if it is just a new activation, try another email. Or try setup a new Gmail and use that
