Why am I only receiving calls from Telus subscribers? None of my family can call me.

More details are a must if you wish us to help you solve this conundrum. As @Dunkman asked, did you just join public mobile? Did you port over a phone number from another service provider? Are you a long time customer and this all of a sudden happened?  Please share as much information as possible so we may help guide you.

@firstladylori  Can you try the sim card in another phone to test ?

More details would be helpful.  New customer versus old?  Did you port your number?  Did calling working before? What about data or texts?  Able to receive texts?  

Might want to reboot your phone

did you just join PM and porting in number? if you are, the port was stuck, not completed

I will message you a phone number to the porting team and you can call them and confirm the porting status and get it done.  Please check your Community inbox
