Not receiving all text messages

I just switched to PM from Fido. Ever since I haven’t been receiving all text messages. I’ve noticed, especially for  iPhones, the messages are not coming through but I can send them. Any ideas what is wrong with my phone? I’ve been with PM before with the same phone and never had this issue.

Have you tried rebooting your phone?

Exactly as per i can see your issue. Might be your number is not ported successfully to PM that is why you can't able to receive messages. Kindly contact support if you ran out of time from porting approval request. Then can help you the best.

You need to confirm to the text from Fido with YES to complete the porting of your number with the Fido SIM in your phone. If you didn’t reply, you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you complete the porting by clicking on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket.

Are you receiving all of your phone calls?  This could meant that the phone number has not yet transferred to Public Mobile.  Some SMS message coudl stil be going to your Fido service.
