Not received my SIM card yet

Hi,

I didn't receive my SIM card yet, while my submission fee paid on Sept 29th. It mentioned that takes 2days to receive my SIM card.

hi @Pouya90 truth is it take a week to 3 weeks for sim card delivery 

so, wait another week and it will come. But if you need it now and don't mind to pay again, you can buy a PM sim in person from Telus or Koodo store

@Pouya90  The 2 days mentions is when it will ship by , most people will receive it in 10 business days . Some have said it can take up to 3 weeks . But if it’s more then 10 business days you can create a ticket with support . Usually faster to pick one up from Telus /Koodo store or order from Amazon
