Help. I have not received my SIM card. I Know that I have to submit a ticket, but when I try to do so, it asks for a order #. The agent on the chat line told me to use 12345, but that did not work either. Don't know what to do.

SIM may take up to 3 weeks to arrive.

If you ordered it directly from PM it can take up to 3 weeks to get in the mail. Public Mobile says it can take up to 3 days to process the order and up to 2-3 weeks delivery time via Canada Post.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive .if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .or order from Amazon .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it . message support directly
