I'm not getting the proper points missing annual points and auto pay points.

With the new points system, the amount of years you've been a customer doesn't make a difference.

Sorry, but there are no points awarded for Pre-authorized payments. Also, loyalty points aren't cumulative.

You will receive 1 point for the Annual Loyality and 5% or 0.1 point for AutoPay if you switched from the old Rewards system to the new Points system.

I hope you didn’t switch! Because you can’t switch back!

In late Jan, PM got rid of the old Rewards for new customers and any who opted out of Rewards. Did you opt out at some point ? If so, you can't get back. Log in to your account and check your Rewards to see which you have.
