Did you inform Public Mobile that you no longer wished to receive any points?  If that was done, you cannot be re-enrolled to the program.  The requested change to opt out of the points program was permanent.

if you have an active account with PM, there is no need to reactivate Public Points

Just login the Rewards site (https://myrewards.publicmobile.ca/) and check how many points you have now.  Whenever you have 15 points, you can go to the catalog and redeem 15 points for $15 bill credit

but if for whatever reason you cannot access My Rewards site, ask suppor to help.

@avzi-smith8 public mobile points are automatic for everyone, you don't need to do anything to activate it.

  • each month you will get 5% Points-Back from every payment (less taxes)
  • 10 points given once a year on your anniversary. 
  • Refer-a-Friend will get you 1 point for each month that your referral stays with PM
  • Give Back (from 1 point up to 20 points by contributing in the Public Mobile Community).
