I’ve been a loyal PM customer for 7 years but am not offered same deal as new customers?! Please be fair and offer same subscription plan deals to everyone.

What plan were you looking at?
Did you check in your account to see what plans you are eligible for in the Subscription tab>Manage Subscription>Change Subscription?

The new activation only plan is to attract new subscribers , a tactics that all mobile carriers use
You can fight back. With portig so easily done, you can go to another carrier if you find better fral and come back when PM offers you better deals

@LINOD it’s nothing new for carriers to have new activation only plans , however a small amount of existing customers can get these new activation plans especially those exiting customers on the $13 and $15 plans . We can only change to the plans that are offered to us in our accounts so check there to see what’s available to you . It’s easy peasy to upgrade plan price these days not so easy to downgrade plan price anymore . That said with Black Friday fast approaching keep and eye out for better plans for all new and existing customers . Also remember when changing plans to use the “ change on renewal option “ and not immediately to a avoid losing money on your current cycle

you could close out your current PM account, get a new sim to start a new account with an attractive new plan. You'd lose whatever remaining Holiday add-ons you currently have, along with Anniversary Points would start over. Not worth it if you have remaining data from Holiday freebies.

Unfortunately we are all in the same boat. You just have to regularly check your account page and search available subscription plans available to you.
