Not data or phone working with my simm

Totally dead I have an esimm with another provider but absolutely nothing working on my phone on

the public simm.

tried to reset network settings
and check  APN Settings
rebooting device. or insert your SIM card in other device.

When did you join PM?

Can you try your SIM in another phone?

Try rebooting your phone by powering the phone off if you just ported your number over from the other carrier.

Have you tried resetting the phone?
Ensure that the sim card is inserted properly it could be put in upside down. (Happens more then you think)

HI @aavenger   did you just join?  was the sim card working before? or it never work since you joined?

 

you are using eSim with another provider, did you change the sim card assignment for proper slot for data, voice and text?  It usually under SIM card management and you need to pick the proper sim card slot for that

 

If the sim card works in such arrangement before, Check My Account and confirm your account is active

Can you try the sim in another phone? Is your account showing as active? Texts?
