I use public mobile.But I cannot connect I nternet if there is not wifi but I can use text messages and can call. Why?

Hi. It could be that your Data connection is off. This link shows you how to turn it on for a Android phone.

@Ryosuke Since you have a lot of data left on your plan and if your account shows activated and not suspended then the problem is with your phone not being configured properly. That is why many members are asking you for your phone's make and model.

If you have other smartphone with you, just to use other phone to see whether the data can be connected. Also, check the Apn setting on your phone.

Turn on mobile data first, Change your phone APN, follow this link . After changed, select PM.

We're subscribers/customers like you; we cannot look at your account details, so we have to ask you a lot of questions to get the details of your problem.  Without details/answers to the questions, it's not possible to make an accurate diagnosis of the cause.  

 

Were there any plan changes made recently?

Was there any update to the phone software?

What phone are you using?

Did you recently change phones?

When is your renewal date?

When was the data last working?

 

Maybe, as @Alex888 has suggested, you could login to your self-serve account and look at the section called 'My Data & Add-Ons' - look under there and look for something like this....

 

Data & Add-Ons          Amount Used

5GB at 3G Speed     3545.176  /  5120 MB

 

@Ryosuke Do you see anything like that?  If not what do you see?

Log into My Account / My Plan / Plan Details. Do a screen grab of your plan and show us what you've subscribed to. Then we can start to figure whats going on with your plan.

@Ryosuke Do you have data on your plan? Have you used all or your data for the month?

Look at the main page of your account, under Data and Addons, does it show how much data you have left?

What plan are you on?

Which phone do you have?

Is data turned on?
