Not able to sign in to public mobile in order to pay bill

I've been trying to update my cc details in order to pay for my bill but I have forgotten my password to my account, and when I try to issue a new password, the email is never sent to me for me to do it.

Yea definitly give them a shout @CS_Agent

 

Have you heard back yet? They are working their best. I know sometimes it can take some time but they are really helpful and friendly and I promise they will fix you right up 🙂

Sorry to hear your having an issue. The password reset button function has not been working correctly for sometime now. In order to have your password reset you will need the assistance of the moderators. Click HERE and provide them with your name, account number and a brief explanation of your issue and they will be able to manually reset your password for you.

@bluedc403 You will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info. They are likely gone for the day so they will get back to you tomorrow morning.
