Hi,
My phone plan with public mobile just recently got suspended on December 19 as I didn't pay for this month and I decided to change my plan but I wanted to keep the same number as I had it for many years. My number is currently suspended, is there a way you can reactivate it so I can use it again.

Hey @Reevo1987,
Send a private message to @CS_Agent to have it fixed.
Provide them with your public mobile phone number and PIN to speed things up.
Mods will be online tomorrow from 9am to 7:30pm Eastern time and they will reply to the private messages in the order they were received.

I have made a payment and my phone still isn’t working after a full day. I’ve rebooted my phone still nothing @CS_Agent

@Jeyasiva17, if you are changing your plan only a MOD can do that for a suspended account. If you are just reactivating then following the instructions from @imm1304.

You can do this yourself from https://seflserve.publicmobile.ca
Sign in and there should be a clear notice about suspension and a button that you can click to make payment and reactivate.
