Not able to reset self serve account password

Trying to figure out why my all of a sudden had no signal on my phone.

Tried different phones still the same issue. Called my number from another phone and said number is not in service.

Want to know the status of my account but cant reset it, getting the message below:

 

ForgotPassword/LoginUnsuccessfulUser_LoginDisabled

No phone service and closed account. Contact moderator_team as soon as possible either by submitting a ticket or sending them a private message.

That error message indicates a closed account. Seen it occur a couple times lately. Only mods can help.

Your had failed login too many times.  PM server disabled your login as a security measure.

Create a moderator support ticket for help using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.

1. Tell SIMon what is the issue
2. Ask for "moderator"
3. SIMon will give your 2 choices. Click on the "Account-specific question"
4. Then, click on "No, I want a human"
5. Click "Submit a ticket"
6. Follow instruction to create support ticket.
