Not able to recieve/make a call, no message, no data

Switch to public mobile, with e sim, initially ererything was fine untill this morning, no call no message no data.

Any idea?

Hello @lxh 

If you go into your phone settings, make sure the PM eSIM is set to primary. Then, while in settings, reset your network settings and reboot your phone. If you still have issues, contact support.
