Hi, I’m an existing Public Mobile customer with a physical SIM, and I’d like to switch to an eSIM. The app is showing a $5 charge — could you please waive it? Many other customers mentioned this fee is being waived now. Thank you!

Customer who are switching from a physical SIM to an eSIM do need to pay the $5 fee.

you'll pay $5 for the initial esim but if you need replacement esim in future... gratis.

sorry, first time eSIM charge cannot be waived. Future eSIM replacement is free , but conditions. More like fair use, not changing daily
