you travelled lately? there has been a glitch with calling toll free numbers and mainly affecting those who came back from travel
but you will need to engage PM support agent to have them reprovision your account to resolve your issue

It’s a known problem with Public Mobile, try airplane mode. If it does not work you need to contact a agent to refresh your account.
You can use the orange chatbot icon on the lower right to open a ticket. Type submit ticket and select Contact us A Public Mobile customer support agent will help.
