I can receive calls, texts, emails but I can not call out. I have 5G most times I’ve been try and place a call to call but it never connects.
I restarted the phone many times, airplane mode, but nothing seems to work. The call will try and connect for about 30 seconds then it drops. Any ideas how to fix this?
thanks

Thank you for everything, I’ve had better feedback on here than with my previous phone provider.
Good to hear you got going. In my opinion, you should give @Chalupa_Batman the coveted Solution as he was first to suggest it and I know he'd appreciate the recognition. If you click the little down button (v), you can edit your solution.

OK...that makes sense now. The port process can be glitchy...but I'm sure Customer Support will fix it for you. Make sure you include your ph number, your PM pin #, your account # and the name on the account when you message Customer Support. Welcome to PM.
AND...watch the little envelop icon on top right side of the page will be highlighted when they do respond to you.

And I will get ahold of a CS Agent to see if they can reset on their end
the esim isn't giving you the heartburn...did you just recently port your old number in to your new Public Mobile account. Could be a port issue, if that's the case.

can you confirm if your selected plan has unlimited Canada wide calling as my $15 plan has 100 minutes of calling only, but unlimited incoming.

Hey @SarahGrace
Dropped calls is a common problem with Public Mobile. The only two things you can try is to one, go into your network settings and reset them then reboot your phone. If that doesn't work, you can try your SIM card in a different phone to see if you have the same problems. If you do, reach out to a CS Agent to get them to reset your network on their end.
