So my payment went through, downloaded the app, logged in, went well until step 6,
Subscription not activated
Something didn't go right while activating your subscription. Click below to contact a customer support agent.
I tried to contact support, but eventually it and me to log in, which takes me to the browser, and it stops there, white screen after log in.
Kind of stuck here. I have dual sim, both the old Koodo sim in and new public sim. Can't do anything with either at this point.

You may not get a response from customer service agent until tomorrow.
Were you charged? Did you activate a physical SiM versus eSIM?
Might want to try to reboot your phone. Network reset of phone (note: this will erase any saved Wifi passwords)
