This is in regards to a missing referral that signed up May 5, 2024 and is not showing up on my points?

You can try to ask customer service agent. However, in most cases, the new customer needs to contact CSA with your referral code and sometimes your phone number to verify the referral.
Are you certain this person activated a new account? Or is still a customer of Public mobile? Sometimes new customers leave PM soon after activation because PM services do not meet their needs or they get a winback offer from previous carrier to return back to their original mobile company.

If the code was entered correctly then it should be there. Sometimes they tend to ask for the phone number of the other person.
But did you check available funds in your account?

I don't know this person personally to contact them and open a ticket but I have submitted a ticket myself. Thanks for the reply.

@vortexmeter referral points usually show up within 72 hours. If it's not there, get the person that you referred to open a ticket using the chatbot.
