Not able to complete the activation

 Can not get past step 6 of the activation process. When I try support I only get a blank screen. 
My credit card has been charged for the plan, my old Koodo plan is still functioning. 

can someone help ??

Hi,

For some reason I never received any message to get the chance to say YES to the porting.

Is the Koodo SIM still functioning? It will stop after porting is completed.

If your CC was charged then porting process is start after you confirmed with YES that you are porting over to PM.

Contact a CS_Agent to check in porting status if no change.
