Not able to complete the activation

Can not get past step 6 of the activation process. When I try support I only get a blank screen. My credit card has been charged for the plan, my old Koodo plan is still functioning. can someone help ??

Hi,For some reason I never received any message to get the chance to say YES to the porting.
