Each prepaid account has to have it's own email address related to the account number. Public Mobile doesn't offer family or group plans. However, you can use the same credit card to pay the other account. Plus, while you sign your second line up, use your referral code so the second account receives $10 credit and you receive $1 per month while it's active.
