@eudora-charles

The Samsung S21 is a good Android phone.

If there are no outage in your area:

Are you a long time member?
Did you recent port your number over to PM?
Or did you pick a new number?

Does it show Public on both phones?

@eudora-charles

it could be an overall network issue in your area

S21 is not current on the VoLTE list yet, so, you have to rely on 3G for voice

You can try Reset All Networks once.

And try to manually switch to 3G Only and see

and do you notice you get better voice calls when you are away in another area?

How do I change the preferred network or mode to 3G only

@eudora-charles

certainly doesn’t sound like it would be the device that’s the issue.

Can you temporarily try the Sim card in another device to see if the calling problems persist?

This will at least rule out whether it is a SIM/account issue or a device issue.

what model and brand of you phone do you have? maybe it is not fully compatible with PM network?

But try this first, change the Preferred network type or network mode to 3G Only and see if it helps
