Hi
I'm getting a message that I have no voice service and I am unable to text. My auto-renewal date has not arrived yet. The message says that my voice service has been temporarily turned off by my operator, in this case Public.
Is there a technical problem that I am unaware of?

Where is the outtage posted? I don't see it on the public mobile site or on any of their social media. It is on the Telus support twitter account, but shouldn't it also be on PM somewhere?
Not everyone knows that the are on the telus network.
