My SIM totally out of signal now. Could you help me check what is the issue? When someone call me, the call was cut automatically.

did you try to reseat your sim card?  (power down the phone, take the sim out for a minute, then put it back and power up again)

See if the phone can connect to PM, if not , try  Reset All networks (please note it will also delete the save Wifi and Bluetooth connections, you will have to rejoin them after)

If it still shows SOS and unable to connection, confirm if your phone is clean here for peace of mind:

Also, to confirm if it is a device issue or account/SIM, put another active sim card from any provider into your phone, see if it can connect

Also, put your PM sim card in another phone

And to confirm if it is a local network issue, test your sim card and phone in another area
