No signal

I am at Bristol Mountain in Finger lakes New York State on 4G and have no signal, from previous chat when I was down at Canadian Thanksgiving with same issue,  only 5G is supported in the area now, I cannot even dial 911. I own vacation property, so if this a deal breaker if I cannot make a call. 

Any suggestions?

You may not have a USA plan - try using WIFI if available. If you have an iPhone use iMessaging ----

They're decommissioning 3G, not 4G; on Public Mobile your phone will switch from 4G to 3G to make phone calls, as they don't have Voice over LTE (VoLTE). Your data and text messages should work fine with an applicable roaming add on, but you may run into issues making phone calls because of the lack of 3G towers.

@krj754   I would be surprise US already get rid of 4G  in some area.  Maybe just LTE outage in the area?  

and you tried both T-Mobile and AT&T

If you have a vacation home, you probably want to check out local data.  

is T-Mobile still offering free 90 days trial?
