Hi My husband is a Public Mobile customer and me has tried everything top get into his account. It keeps saying. ! There was an error reseting your pasword. Please try again later. He has been trying for 2 days.Screen Shot 2022-11-24 at 8.09.42 PM.pnghment

Clear your computers cache - (history) - then very carefully - making certain to follow instructions - try again.

Hope that solves the problem.

@troyandchar try using Incognito mode to access My Account to reset the password to see if it works 

 

if not, then open ticket with PM support: to have them help resetting it
