PM does not offer customer service over the phone or by email. If you give us more details, we could help you troubleshoot the issue.
(1) When did you activate your SIM?
(2) Has you service ever worked before?
(3) Are you able to log in to self serve?
(4) When was your last payment?
If you only wish to communicate with a PM agent, you may send a private message to CS_Agent with your account details. But providing more details here would be a lot faster and easier for you than waiting for an agent to help you troubleshoot.

Are you in BC area? or New Brunswick or Alberta. Users reported they have issue with their service in some part of Canada today. BC is confirmed, NB and AB have not been confirmed by PM yet
But did you try reboot the phone? reseat the SIM? or put your SIM in another spare phone for testing?

@hargreaves Are you in BC or Alberta? Telus is reporting an outage in certain parts of both provinces and have technicians trying to restore it ASAP.
