PM does not offer customer service over the phone or by email. If you give us more details, we could help you troubleshoot the issue.

 

(1) When did you activate your SIM?

(2) Has you service ever worked before?

(3) Are you able to log in to self serve?

(4) When was your last payment?

 

If you only wish to communicate with a PM agent, you may send a private message to CS_Agent with your account details. But providing more details here would be a lot faster and easier for you than waiting for an agent to help you troubleshoot.

HI @hargreaves 

Are you in BC area? or New Brunswick  or Alberta.  Users reported they have issue with their service in some part of Canada today. BC is confirmed, NB and AB have not been confirmed by PM yet

 

But did you try reboot the phone? reseat the SIM? or put your SIM in another spare phone for testing?

 

Please open a ticket with PM so they can look into your issue.  click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:

  1. type: Contact CS Agent
  2. Click "Contact Us"
  3. Click "Other"
  4. Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
  5. you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

    After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent

@hargreaves    Are you in BC or Alberta?  Telus is reporting an outage in certain parts of both provinces and have technicians trying to restore it ASAP.

Public Mobile does not provide support over phone or email.  Is there anything we can help you with? 

 

Are you experiencing issues with your cellphone or data services from Public Mobile?  Are you not able to make outbound calls?  It would help if you can elaborate further.
