Hello 

I just loose service for my two line since almost one hour...

I'm in Montréal Québec .

Both line are active and everything is ok

No network any help plzzz 

Reset phone tried everything's I suspect that the problem come from provider ..

Same for both my husband and I.  We are on the Mtl south shore.

if you haven’t yet, try rebooting your device and removing and reinserting your Sim card (if it’s a physical Sim card and not eSIM)

Sometimes those simple tasks get reconnection to network when there is a temporary issue.

I checked the Telus outage map too and didn't see Montreal having a problem but the website Downdetector shows people reporting problems with Telus in a few places including Montreal.

HI @Saaradil 

maybe just outage in your area. I checked Telus outage page, nothing show for Montreal

Move around , maybe you will get network back

and chance your network type to try 3G, 4G and 5G
