@Kingjmoney   if you got the phone from PM/Telus/Koodo, you can always ask PM support to help to unlock the phone,   Please open a ticket with PM Support using this direct link:  https://urlshortner.tiia.ai/Oyn1L6

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

Public mobile

@Kingjmoney   There is no phone number to contact customer support here but you can submit a ticket via chatbot to support here:  https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help

However, if the issue is locked phone and unless the phone was originally issued from Koodo/Telus as previously mentioned, customer support won't be able to help you.  You can phone your previous provider or the customer service number for the phone to receive the unlock code.

@Kingjmoney which service provider??

I need a ticket to talk service provider

@Kingjmoney   you meant you don't have the service with the old carrier anymore?

since 2017, all provider should be selling phone unlocked.  So, you can just call them and demand them for unlock code or help to unlock if it is an iPhone

BTW, what kind of phone and when you bought it? which provider you got it from?  If Telus or Koodo, it could be easier

@Kingjmoney   More information would be helpful.  How is the phone locked?  Or do you mean autopay didn't work and you have no service?  Then login to the account using incognito/private mode and Reactivate the account by making a manual payment.

@Kingjmoney

If your phone is locked then you need to contact the carrier that locked your phone.

What is the make and model of your phone so we can help you determine who is the carrier?
