I submitted new credit card information and the charge is showing up on my VISA but my phone says No Service. I have powered down a few times but there is still no service.

I just found that she had a SIM card from the US in her phone and the Public Mobile SIM card was not replaced when she returned to Canada.

It also says Available Funds: $0.00

Do you by chance have another phone? If so, try placing the SIM card into that one. Just a hunch. And if it works, then drop it back in your phone. The other option you can do is reset your network settings and then reboot. That can often clear out the cobwebs.

try to reboot the phone once more
if it does not work, log into my account using Incognito/private/secret once again . Check the payment history to see if it shows the money was taken, and check if money just stays as Available Funds and not being used for renewal
