Once the eSIM is enabled on your phone you should see more options in the menu when you click on the eSIM (settings > network and internet > sims) and you can specifically set your calling, data, and texting preferences. Fully go through these settings and make sure that your eSIM is correctly setup to be the default option for all.

Try this:

  1. Navigate to the SIMs page. Go to your device’s Settings >> Network & Internet >> SIMs.
  2. Select your recently installed eSIM by tapping it.
  3. Make sure it is enabled and then reboot your phone.

You will need to purchase a new eSIM but try contacting a CS_Agent to see what they can do for you.

HI @CelticBoy

ESIM is a one time use sim, so, deleted the eSIM usually mean you have to buy a new one

open ticket wtih agent and see if they can provide you a free replacement

if you need to buy a new eSIM, maybe think about getting a physical sim instead, it is easier when you need to change phones and no need to worry delete by accident and need to pay again

@CelticBoy

Unfortunately eSIM’s are one time use only so by deleting it you can no longer use the one that was issued and would have to re-purchase another one for $5.

However before making any purchases I’d suggest reaching out to customer service and seeing if they can make an exception and issue you another one without you having to re-purchase it. Otherwise you’ll have to go to the Subscription and Add-on’s tab on the PM app on your device and then scroll down to “Shop SIM Card Now” to purchase another one.
