No service whatsoever

Hello, 

I’ve been having trouble with my service since oct 22 2022. I have been a pm customer for 6 months. So I just updated my phone to iOS 16.0.3. I still have 5g of data left on my account, I’ve restarted, I’ve hard rest, I’ve turned cellular on and off. I still get searching or no service in the top left.

I’m in Kentville, Nova Scotia. Ill try and see if it will work in another phone.

@TheGreatMitchez Not sure what happened to your iPhone, I don't have the problem you have after updated to iOS 16.03 and the iPhone I have is iPhone 8 Plus.

Which city and province you are at?

did you check if you phone and sim work in another area?

 

check if the phone is clean:

try put you PM sim in another phone to see if it works
