No service on old provider Rogers and new public mobile

I did a new subscribe to public mobile and transfer my number from Rogers last night. I got a text from Rogers and did authorized the transfer.  Today my Rogers sim and PM sim neither of them working (it's been 16 hours). Tried with different phones including the phone currently with PM. Unsuccessful submitting the ticket 3 times with message try again later. Appreciated for any help/ suggestion.

@TL90   Were your unsuccessful ticket attempts using the chatbot/ticket system?  If so use private messaging instead as the chatbot is broken.  Use this link and then watch your inbox for a reply as indicated by @softech

Hey @TL90 

Try resetting your network settings on your phone. Just know that it will erase all saved Wifi logins and passwords and blue tooth connections. Then reboot the phone. That should work.
