No service no sim card from you but charged for the service

Please send the sim card.  I paid in December.

@Ascomycota1971   It was explained to you in your thread yesterday how to contact customer service, and @Handy1  gave you the link to private message them again here.  You need to send them a private message using this link because the only people reading your posts here are customers like you, we can't do anything but advise.   An agent will reply at the envelope icon at the top right of this page or, if no envelope, you can access your inbox by tapping on your avatar to the right of the bell icon for Messages.

@Ascomycota1971  SIM cards can take up to 3 weeks to arrive . And when you get SIM card in hand you activate in the APP . Only then will the plan actually start and billing with be every 30 days after the day you activate . But you can confirm with support . And ask if you can pick SIM card up form Telus or Koodo and if they will credit it you for it . If in hurry to activate
