No, it still doesn't work after I reported as a stolen and found

To report your phone stolen.  Login to your account.  Choose Plans and Add-onstab. Then choose Lost/Stolen Phone tab.  The choose Suspend Service tab.  Logout.  Wait few minutes.  Login in and report your phone found.

I am assuming it is the phone. Just borrow another phone and try it.

@Li_WangYou could also try going into your account, report your phone as lost/stolen, log out, wait 5 minutes, log in and report it found, then restart your phone.

Check your account, does it say Active, Suspended, or Expired? There has been a glitch with some accounts recently.

This happened to me before and mine was due to a bad SIM card connection.

Try powering off & removing and re-inserting the SIM card & power on.
