I have upgraded my plan and payment was successful. But I am experiencing no service since this morning.

@PuviBala2020 keep monitor the Community inbox for PM's reply. You are lucky at least today is a business days and they likely will response quicker (no excuse not). Many of those on the weekend has lost service for the whole 2 or 3 days.

I have restarted my phone several times, still no service. So created the ticket.

PM has been having problem with Plan Upgrade problem since Friday. Reboot your phone once and see if you have the service. If not, open ticket with PM Support and they can fix it quickly:
1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:
https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply you there
