I've changed password several times and it keeps asking me to do it again...how do I sign into my ac

Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh.

 

Unless you really forgot your password I would avoid changing it particularly multiple times. At the end you have no idea which password PM saved last as as valid.

hi if you are having that many issues you need to contact customer service agent to help reset your account login

 

1. you can open a ticket through Simon here https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

 

2. alternatively you can private message them here                               

           check your community envelope for a reply

@Loribuzzell  it could be just a browser cache issue.  Try to use Incognito mode to login with the latest password you changed.

 

If still fails, try to go through the whole password change on Incognito mode, or on a completely different browser
