Hi, my account was on auto pay yet my Public mobile number stopped working. I'd like to reactivate it with the same number as I have the number registered in a few places. I have issued a couple of tickets, however, I haven't received a response from the agent. Any help or ideas would be much appreciated. Thanks very much!

Have you gotten a new visa? If so you may need to enter the new number fron it. There been a long wait lately my last ticket was around 30 hours
