My phone is saying "mobile network not available". My account is up to date and renews on April 2nd.

@jennifer111 Please send a private message to @Moderator_Team and provide your publimc mobile number and describe the issue. There may be a provisioning error and the mods can help with that.

the other day, I had a similar issue on my phone, which was resolved by powering off/on

@jennifer111, is your account showing active with the correct plan features? Nothing appears to be out of place in the self serve? Is there additional information you can provide on the lead up to seeing mobile network not available? If the account appears fine, I wonder if going to settings, mobile networks, doing a search and auto selecting the network may resolve the problem.
