No more customer support on weekends?

Hi Community,

Has anyone else experienced lack of support on weekends? The last few times I have contacted customer support late on Friday or on the weekend I don't recieve a response until Monday at the earliest. One agent told me they are not open on Sundays and holidays.

Coupled with the 20% increase of my plan today and the second devaluation of the rewards program means my days with Public Mobile are likely numbered.

It's never nice to pay more for the same thing.  Good luck to you with finding another $15 monthly plan.  Inflation is real especially when the central bank likes to run negative interest rates policy.

@RavingRaven  I’ve not noticed that myself , but last time I reached out was on Sunday and got reply almost immediately asking for more Info while also stating that reply’s can be as many as 48 hours for response again because of high volume of ticket submissions , in the end it was dealt with promptly thou so I didn’t experience that fortunately

no, I had weekend support without issue

Last one I tried was the long weekend,and I was actually surprise they still manage to reply back and forth and resolve issue promptly
